We use them often. This brand works better than other compatible toners. The price is great and they last a very long time, obviously not as long as brand name cartridges. Sometimes one of them doesn't work quite as well, but given that a single brand name toner color costs over a hundred dollars, it's totally worth the occasional bad luck!

Bought this as a quick replacement for our Canon MF series office printer and have to say I'm amazed at the quality. I was honestly expecting cheap ink quality. However, the colors show up as one of the "highest quality" and most expensive cartridges Canon has to offer. We haven't had any technical problems yet and use the printer every day in the office. We now have a little over 3 weeks. So I give it 5 stars.

Canon charges a fortune for its cartridges, which are far more reliable than these. They have been restored. They don't last as long as Canon's and sometimes leak. But when you consider that a complete kit costs less than a single OEM cartridge, you can't go wrong. It's cheaper to buy a new printer than to replace the cartridges that came with the printer with OEM cartridges, so these inexpensive, if unreliable, alternatives make sense.

These cartridges work perfectly. They don't seem to last as long as they might, but the price is a tiny fraction of the original brand. I paid 52.99 for the set (3 colors and black) which is 13.25 each. The Canon OEM kit is $430! An eighth the price, who cares if they last half their lives. I print color reports/charts/plans/etc. in the office without striving for a perfect photo print, so maybe my quality requirements are lower than some users?

UPDATE: The company contacted me and was happy to replace all the cartridges for me. They were sent immediately and received today in perfect condition. At first they printed well. Then I had colored streaks on my print jobs from time to time. Worse and worse, now nothing prints without huge colored streaks across the pages. I've spent so much money on paper, postcards, shipping, and product labels that I had to throw away due to printing issues, I'm not sure how much I actually saved.

We print A LOT and use up cartridges very quickly. For $500 to replace a brand, our laser printer seems to suck our bank account to the bone. These remanufactured cartridges are just as good as the original at a fraction of the cost. I see no difference in print quality. Another point I think should be mentioned is that remanufacturing these cartridges has less environmental impact. It really saddens me that those expensive plastic and metal bits end up in landfill when there's no reason why…
