This waterer is easy to use if you can water without filling the tank a second time, but I can't. It's advertised as having a 300ml tank, but it actually only holds about 260ml. To give my mouth a thorough rinse, I have to fill it a second time. Battery life seems ok as I've had just over a week. I haven't used it for travel yet.

This is my second Zerhunt. The DIY attitude is great. Set your preferred slow/soft setting and you'll still get the same great water cleaning as the other settings. Highly recommended for sensitive teeth and gums. The only thing missing are extra attachments like chewing gum etc. I contacted Zerhunt and they told me that attachments are not yet available for this model. Whether the product is attractive and has enough power, I found it strange that the battery charging system works through the USB port. Do you have a USB port in the bathroom? Not me. Have you ever traveled to a hotel with a USB port in the bathroom? I did not. My secondary complaint relates to the nozzle; it moves too freely and I have a hard time spraying it where I want it because it moves at the slightest contact with gums or teeth.

This is the only yarn I've used so I can't compare to others. I'm disappointed that I thought this would eliminate regular floss entirely, but I don't think it works as well as flossing with floss. I feel like he's missing something and this thread wins. As for the irrigator itself, however, I like that it's self-contained so I don't have to leave it on the counter like big, bulky flossers. I also like that I only have to charge it every now and then. Seems well done.

The device worked fine for about 6 months and then suddenly stopped charging and working. I have contacted the manufacturer 3 times and they have not responded. The box clearly states a one-year warranty, but the company has decided to be a genie and ignore me. I hope enough people are reading this to help them with their decision to buy or not to buy? Customer service is the answer.

I love the product. Took it right out of the box and took my partner on a 2 week hike. There are no problems with charging at any outlet or our computers. Well that was amazing at first. Directions were bare bones and not very clear. So. I ended up flooding the entire bathroom with water and getting shot in the face. In normal mode, it hurts just to hit the face, it makes you worry about the gums. So I use the soft mode. I think I still don't know how to use it. But the water pressure is great.
