So Far Good Experience for Website Creation

I like that it allows me to be able to create my own content, which has allowed us to have more creative control over our website than we previously had. The interface could use some work - they are trying different things with their design but so far nothing really works well (at least not something you can just pick up). There's also one feature in particular called "the menu" where customers get menus emailed out at random times during certain hours or days when there aren't enough people…

Pros
  • Easy way for non tech savvy friends
  • Ableto update easily via mobile device if needed!
Cons
  • Not intuitive
  • Sometimes difficult navigating around site

The customer service team was very helpful with any questions I had during my trial period! They were able to customize our site so that it fit perfectly within what we needed, as well their support staff are always available when you need them most!! There's not much at this point but they've been great about getting back in touch if there needs be more changes made after launch day (which has come up from time-to.-time). We're currently using all 3 products; Menu Builder Pro & Mobile Apps…

Pros
  • Fast response times
  • Great pricing structure for small businesses like ours.
  • Customer Service Team is ALWAYS accessible via email / chat
  • Support tickets get answered promptly by knowledgeable individuals who know your business personally :)
Cons
  • Nothing really comes immediately across here..maybe some additional options/features could perhaps allow users access while logged out?
