Everything came together pretty quickly. You will need the included thin stamped wrench to tighten the nylon locking screws that hold the wheels and spacers in place. Note that two of the three struts, front and rear, run with wheel studs. Took me about 20 minutes to assemble including removing the locknuts from the studs to install the spacers and it holds the top of my '91 Vette Roadster complete with cover. It's much easier to move around and the trolley is solid.

I've had 2 of these in the past and always give them to new car owners so they have a hardtop storage cart. There was an error. This is by far the worst I've ever bought. Bought to store the top of my 2002 Thunderbird. My top fits well on the trolley and protects the paintwork from chipping when using a cover. My main problem is the assembly. The front studs are too high so my deep rosettes don't fit. It also requires thread lock so you can tighten it and with this arrangement it was difficult to pinch anything to keep it from slipping. I would like to use it but wheel bolts should not be over tightened. They are NOT 13mm long as the thin wrench provided is not adequate to hold the wheel assembly in place for tightening the bolts. Because of the ball bearings, the only place to hold it is the assembly, but it doesn't fit any of my tools. minutes work on this case. The bolts from the wheel to the frame are too long. Good value for money. Not exactly hard work. The contact points to the hard top are rubberized and can be scratched if not positioned properly. I glued some upholstery from a home storage. Additional costs. There. In addition, the wheel nuts do not have the correct profile pitch, so you have to buy 4 wheel nuts. Collect. Took less than 30 minutes to assemble. The teaching scheme was good enough to work. Please note that you will need an 11/16 socket or wrench for the nuts. The included wrench is only good for holding the bolt heads and wheels in place while you tighten the nuts. A puck was missing from the details, but there were replacements.
