The first thing I used was fried and shaken pork chops. The breadcrumbs that fell through seemed to have melted at the bottom of the pan and couldn't be removed. I contacted USA Pan and received no response. First time, last time!

Unfortunately, our pan is already crap, the coding comes from the pan and it will certainly not be usable until about a year later. So if you are looking for a pan for home use that is only safe to use for 6-11 months, this is the pan for you! Dissatisfied customer with this purchase.

This pan is perfect for roasting chicken and spare ribs. This is the heaviest pan I've ever seen and the clear non-stick coating works great. I just have to remember not to use it for frying as it is rated for 450 degrees and not higher frying temperatures. Also, I hand wash carefully so as not to damage the coating. The plastic brush works great. I am sure that I will be happy with him for many years to come.

I've spent decades trying to cook bacon the wrong way (stovetop and microwave) to figure out the best way. Cooking bacon on the stovetop is messy, it splatters on the stovetop and countertop, and it's easy to overcook. Using a microwave seems like the best route, but the steam and grease that will clog your microwave after a few years will ruin it. I'm anal when it comes to dishcare. Photo of this pan only after no more than 10 charges and I declined it. There seems to be something porous in the material which makes it absorb grease stains etc. I've tried everything to clean it but the stains have penetrated the coating and trying to clean it only ends up scraping the coating itself which causes me doubt. I was torn on whether to give it 3 or 4 stars. Given the high price I was hoping for a 5 star product. The first one had a lot of shipping scratches so I returned it for a new one (better packaging needed). Then it warped like a cheap frying pan when heated - it may have been around 425-450 degrees, but that's within the advertised operating temperature range. The cheapest ones warp at 350. The non-stick coating is good, I hope it lasts. I will most likely buy at least one more pan from the US…
