Fantastic sturdy square corner baking pan

Although it's not advertised as non-stick, everything I've baked comes out easily if lightly greased. I bought this from a recommended ATK review and also because it has the square corners I want. It's also made in the USA, although it's a few dollars more expensive, I say it's worth it. I have both the 9" and 8" versions, they are a real must have for any baker.

You should buy it now

I've waited a while to post this because I wanted some time to use these pans and see how well they bake. They are amazing. Maybe I've always used cheap pans, but these are by far the best I've had. Everything (cakes, brownies, cornbread) bakes evenly and slides out of the pan easily. Yes, I said slip. No more slicing along the edge with a knife or losing half of your dessert because it's stuck to the bottom. And what's even better, they're easy to clean. Fantastic product!

I already have two bakeware that I love BUT

Well I was excited to use my new bakeware, I already have two bakeware that I love BUT . First I cooked apple chips. and low and now apple juice, syrup flowed into the corners. Luckily I placed the pan on a baking sheet to avoid any possible bubbles, I wasn't expecting 3 out of 4 corners to be a mess. I may not have had a problem with the cake batter, but I'm terribly disappointed that the corners are leaking. This is US PAN but the quality is below average.

These are beautiful and durable!

Just like her! My cakes came out nice and even. I only used parchment paper for the bottom. Didn't grease at all. Baked well and evenly. I bought two and they came in a box together with a couple of those air filled pillows that didn't stop them from scratching each other so they were scratched when they arrived. The only request to the company is that the packaging is a little better. If I gave them, it would be nice to give them untouched, untouched. Thanks very much!

Difficult but impossible to clean nooks and crannies

I really liked this pan after the first three uses. Now, after plating frozen fish 15-20 times without adding oil, it looks like it's been fattened up in 5 years with fat in the indentations of the ridges and in the corners. I hand washed it right after use but it doesn't wash off and I'm afraid to use a cleaning pad because of the silicone coating. The pan is heavy and holds the heat well. However, the fish can no longer slip out of the pan as easily. This pan must not be cleaned in the…

Difficult to clean - rusts instantly

I loved the very square corners of this pan as most 'square' pans have rounded corners. On arrival I read that it wasn't dishwasher safe, which annoyed me, but I should have read the 'fine print' before buying. At the same time, I left soapy water in it for a couple of hours, and when I came back, rust was covering all four corners inside. I haven't baked in it yet, so I can't confirm how well it distributes heat. It looks like it's about to happen. But rusty pans annoy me the most. It didn't…

Use a USA 9x13 lasagna pan instead: no folded corners

This is a pie pan and it bakes great, but the folded corners are MORE hand washed. Although I bake on parchment paper so the batter doesn't touch the pan, it takes a few minutes to dry after hand washing. I dry it then press each corner and dry the water that got into the creases, then go around the edge to let the water get under the creased edge and then do it again. Damn! I feel like an idiot if I overlook the "Lasagna Brownies and Cake" pan from the US, which also measures 9x13, the same…
