Not useful in Subaru Forester

I own a 2014 Subaru Forester. This vehicle has three (3) vehicle charging (cigarette lighter) ports. I have some equipment that I use in these ports (and some of it dates back to when I owned a 2001 Honda Civic). I have NEVER had a problem with car chargers coming into these ports. So far. USB Type-C is a fast charging method. Urgently needed for a car.

Exactly what I need for my car interior. As new products came out they finally started using USB Type-C chargers and for newer iPhones this is the sleek charger you get so I can use the included charger from my phone in my car can.

Good charger, charger and cable match the surface pro 7.

I am ordering this for my everyday carry case (EDC). The charger, like the cable, has now been tested on a Surface Pro 7. It worked. Both are now hidden in the EDC bag. The cable probably shouldn't be there, but I have a good collection of similar cables, so why not. Too bad the Surface Pro 7 has a Snowflake charging port.

Will not fit my Audi

I bought this for my 2012 Audi S5 so I can use my MacBook on the go. I have other chargers with USB-A connectors that will fit and stay inside. It won't stay. Regardless of the orientation, it just slides out again. So I can't use it at all.

Good charger but won't stay in cigarette lighter adapter

The shape of this charger says a lot. I don't know if it's my 4Runner or this adapter, but it won't stay in the cigarette lighter. It fits and feels secure, but pops out after 20 minutes. However, I've plugged it into a different adapter and it stays fine. The rest of the charger works very well.
