Very useful for slicing onions, potatoes, tomatoes, whole cucumbers, etc. Allows for even slicing and more slices, especially when grilling hamburgers.

Great little tool to help with cooking - I cook a lot and consider my knife skills above average, but this tool really helps when you need to thinly slice onions, tomatoes, cucumbers etc. The more you use it, the better it works!

Good product with round handle; easier to hold. Versatile product: suitable for meat and vegetables. It's nice to have a finger guard, but honestly I'd rather have a pin guard for storage.

Works great with onions, as the saying goes. Finger guards are good for me as I'm no expert at slicing and dicing! Also very durable. The past I owned had a brittle plastic cover that broke and the teeth rusted. I don't think it will happen with this one.

I've used this tool for a few different purposes before, but I've really enjoyed slicing potatoes into even slices for my famous creamy garlic and cheese potatoes. It's sharp and the teeth are hard enough not to bend even when working with raw potatoes. An open grip also works well. I am sure that I will find many uses for this gadget.

I use this all the time, not just for bows. Can be used to hold potatoes for slicing Hasselback potatoes and many other slicing jobs. I have reduced sensitivity in my fingers so I can rest assured that I won't cut myself along with onions or other veggies I'm chopping.
