I washed it as soon as they arrived. I think I lost an entire towel after seeing all that lint in my dryer. The first towel I pulled out of the dryer is already falling apart and a small hole is forming. If you're used to soft, high-quality spa towels, keep scrolling because these aren't quite the towels. They are very thin and the complete opposite of softness. They'll do the job for now, but I'll have to replace them sooner than I'd like.

Excellent towels for this price. The absorbency is as good as most other towels. The edge of the towel is not very decorative, but the stitching is good. Very few threads to cut and the stitching isn't wrapped like some others I've bought and had to re-sew. They arrive a little flat and don't feel very fluffy, but they do pill a little when you wash and dry them. If you need a regular towel to get the job done, just give it a good wash and fluff and I think you will be very satisfied. Hope this

The towels were fine. A couple of them had serious imperfections that resulted in holes which I found when I first opened them. However, you get what you pay for and the rest of the towels are used. 1-31-17 Utopia Towels contacted me after reading my review and offered to replace the damaged towels or give me a partial refund. I have opted for a partial refund. Few companies would do that and I have to say I'm impressed. Thank you!

Overall I like these towels. I use them in my spa business by applying a drop of essential oil, heating it in a hot towel cabinet and applying it to my client's arms, legs, shoulders, back and neck. They are the perfect size for what I use them for. They are thick and soft. The only downside is that this material doesn't stand the test of time. I have a salon and bought these for facials. These towels are of very poor quality. They have multicolored threads inserted into white cotton in areas like blue and red, which looks like you're using an old rag for a client. I washed them once to see if they get any better but now they look worn out. Looks terrible after 1 wash. Look elsewhere!

I ordered these towels for my daughter who is a stylist. I read the reviews and thought she would like to try it. She loves these towels and her customers love their softness. I decided to wash them first. Too bad I didn't take a before photo so you can see them coming. They come in a very secure plastic bag. They are half the size in the photos after washing. When you dry them, they puff up so nicely. My daughter said this is now the only towel she will use. I hope the photos reflect how plush

Very reasonably priced, these towels are great. I bought these for a spa day that I do with essential oils. I will give each person two, one for their face and hands and one for their feet after we do the footbath. They washed very well and fluffed up nicely in the dryer. Some people have mentioned strings. These are not ropes for pulling towels; It's just extra thread from sewing seams that got tangled in the seams. Beware of these paper shredders. When these towels arrived I washed them and put them in the dryer. In anticipation of many posts, I stopped the dryer mid-cycle and pulled out a 1/4 inch layer of lint from my very large (16" x 5.5") lint collector. These are towels so this is great. But even after months of washing, using, and washing again, they still bleed. I use these towels in my professional massage practice for hot towel compresses and would definitely not buy a color product again. I have two white sets that I had to keep - they are shabby and need replacing.
