I like the side of the cable

I like the side of the cable but the side panels of the panel are easy to attach. If you can get a cable connector for both counterparts for your application, it will work much better. that's what i ended up doing.

Great Little Plugs

Great little buds, especially for the money. The only complaint I have is that I ordered four of these and the first three were the same - the fourth was a different color (not that many) but also had a different thread spacing. I created this setup to accept one thread and move on to another. Moral of the story - if you want more than one, order them together!

This is a very good compact weatherproof fork

This is a very good weatherproof compact connector. All O-rings are intact and present. Unfortunately, I never managed to tighten the plug clamp over the socket. There was never enough thread to connect one to the other. It was so close but something was wrong with the assembly tolerances and you could connect the male and female connector but you couldn't snap the ring to close it.
