you are good at Power Transmission Products

Uses these on lawnmower steering stems to reduce steering effort. They are probably of higher quality than required for this application. Delivered quickly and well packaged.

Poor man's power steering

They worked great on my Craftsman 42 tractor mower. The steering now requires a lot less effort and makes mowing around trees and obstacles a lot easier. Durability has yet to be determined as I just installed these. but so far so good, just add some lube before installing it.

Mower steering upgrade - may not be required.

was corrupt I installed it as an update for a John Deere LA115 mower. I've seen videos on YouTube that said they greatly improve handling. Installation went smoothly, although I had to file off some burrs on the mower's crossbar to get the locking rings to fit properly. In this case, make sure you have completely removed the sawdust before installing the bearings. To be honest I haven't noticed much of a difference from before installing these bearings (and yes I have lubricated them thoroughly
