Awards and Insignia for our Heroes, Military, Rescue, Healthcare, Home and Office. These end mills are huge and last a long time. I have no problem cutting a depth of .075 and sometimes even a depth of .10. It may take me up to 6 passes to create a letter, but the first is crucial as it is fully embedded in the material. I usually do 2 passes, but for a 0.1" cut I do 3.
