Works well for Power Transmission Products

I don't usually like bearings with ZZ seals. I prefer the RS so I can remove the gasket and add lube. My project didn't require any additional lubrication, so they worked perfectly.

Pros
  • Shields on BOTH SIDES of bearing to keep dust out. Good for high RPM
Cons
  • Out of fashion

Inaccurate measurement

These bearings are advertised as 1/8" or 3mm ID. But you get 15/128" or 2 .95mm, which if you use it for any rotary tools, won't work for that low precision. The photo shows that after the first 5 or 6 mm the cutter shank immediately jams and does not go any further. If the inner diameter was specified as 3mm, that would be perfect.

Pros
  • Size: 693ZZ (ID=3mm, OD=8mm, Thickness=4mm)
Cons
  • old

Not as smooth as the old bearings

These bearings (693ZZ (3*8*4)) were used to replace bearings in a quadcopter motor. They seem to be noisier than other camps. The replaced ones were damaged in an accident so this is an improvement over the damaged ones. Simply turning the blades by hand gives about 2 turns of the new bearings compared to about 6-8 turns of the blades on other motors. Perhaps these "roots” will become, while the rest did not need this activity. They feel solid and smooth, but I think they can be a little…

Pros
  • Same as 693-2Z / 2080093. Pre-lubricated, easy to service
Cons
  • Write later
