This is a really good item for making lots of caramel and they come off very easily but take your time to thoroughly wash every tiny square dry them.

Shape I like but when I use it in combination with "WSSROGY 400 Sheets Finely Printed Four Color Wax Paper Nougat Candy Baking Rolled Chocolate Candy Wrappers and DIY Crafts" either the parts of the mold were too big or the paper was too small. Too bad too as the papers were extremely easy to use and really cute. I ended up throwing the mold away and just used a square glass pan for his caramels and hand cut them to fit the paper.

Ordered these hoping to use for truffles. I have a special box with a split insert that we pack our truffles in. I'm not happy with the molds we use because they're plastic and they start to break after a few years of use. Thought it would be a good and durable alternative. According to the description of the cavity 1.18 square meters. It would fit in our boxes. The measurements are wrong. The ones I received have a cavity size of 1.25 or slightly larger, so don't fit in our box at all…
