Absolutely amazed me. When you open it, the Lord of the Rings is inside. Large postcard with a sprig of lavender. Two necklaces for two rings. It goes on and on. It's worth it. and a great "no joke" element to pass along. Maybe even put something inside as a secret.

Bought as a clue on a scavenger hunt and the key hidden inside. I have yet to try changing the password but with the default password it works like a charm. I wouldn't protect the treasures of the world with this bad boy, but he gets the job done if all you do is pick up junk. My only complaint would be that I wish it had come with instructions as it took me a minute to realize that the instructions are only included in the Amazon information for the product. All in all worth the money paid!

Stable, well-made piece, heavy, feels good in the hand. Wife liked to get earrings in it, which I bought separately. Ironically, the box contained a condolence postcard; I'm not sure how good that would be for this type of case. And VK's "Rings of Power” are children's rings at best. I needed this for a series of puzzle/escape rooms I was designing. Works perfectly. I'm taking a star off my rating because the rings that came with it (adapted from the Lord of the Rings movies, 1 gold and 1 silver) were worn and there were no instructions for the device. However, I could figure out how to change combos very easily, so it didn't really matter, and I didn't really need the rings either. I highly recommend this device.

I gave it to my husband for his birthday, he loves it! Came in a package with a box inside. I gave him hints on the code to open it, he figured it out quite easily, my hints were too good. But it is very heavy and durable. The rings were too small to wear except for the larger one for my pinky, but combined with necklaces you can wear them that way if you're at all interested in LOTR rings. First let me say this should be a 5 star review. Despite the fact that this product is made of quality materials and has beautiful packaging. I was just shocked at how hard it was and was hooked at first.
