At the end of the work, drill big holes!

Ridiculous. When the faucet is fully open, a meager, meaningless stream pours out. I will not clean anything. I drilled a little more holes in the atomizer tip and now it works better. Good idea, badly implemented.

  • Impressive

URGENTLY! You must modify this assembly before using it.

Black tip is peeling off if not immediately after first use. It's gonna bang in your black tank. Good luck with the extraction. Either use a good quality hose clamp or like I did, insert 4 small sheet metal screws through the hose into the ferrule. I also glued the tip but I'm not sure if the superglue will hold on this type of plastic.

Pros
  • Great for me
Cons
  • High price

Great idea, but not great technique!

Average is three stars because the idea is good but the development/production is bad. It worked great the first few times we used it. But then the tip flew off while it was in the black tank, and your obedient servant had to "wash it out". NOT AN EASY CHALLENGE! This seems like the hose is holding the tip by squeezing it, but not enough to hold it when you turn on the water pressure. Maybe glue? I don't know but I'm going to figure out how to fix this because it's a great idea. But Valterra…

Very useful in the Tools & Equipment section

After reading some bad reviews and seeing that it was made from cheap parts I was worried about plastic parts blowing away in my tank so I used each end before using wrapped with tape. I also tested its ability to withstand OUTSIDE water pressure before bringing it in and expecting it to hold up (test passed!). I have a problem draining the tank completely, I have a return port but it doesn't work. I'm currently in my van and don't currently have a truck to lug it around so I couldn't just…

Works as needed. Must have for RV's

So my black tank has been full for weeks and I finally decided to find something to clean it. I almost bought a Camco but ended up ordering this one. It feels well made and even the tip felt very tight and snug so you may have been listening to others who have lost the tips in their tank. I added a clip at the end just in case, although without it it held pressure. Super easy to use and it bends easily on the tank. My only real issue is that it only has 3 side spray holes. A few more could have

Works better than I thought!

I have a caravan (so the black tank is almost under the toilet) and when I bought it the black tank kept saying it was 1/3 full even after reversing. Over the years this has spread to 2/3 full. I always thought it was just a "dirty sensor". Before my last long hike, when I used the bag to empty my 30 gallon black tank (it was full), I had about 15-20 gallons of stuff in the bag. around before rinsing and rinsing with fresh water (with my in-line conditioner). Nothing worked. I even poured in 15

Avoid "Strike Back " - clean the entire black tank system!

After reading reviews from other people who had lost their end sprayer, I added a tie to the working end of this product and rewrapped it with fresh electrical tape to cover any sharp edges that might catch on the edge of the pipe . I have to say that this device worked great. The end of the hose didn't leak and the check valve was tight and secure. Our Dynamax Force has a 90 degree curve between toilet and cistern. On two occasions we've had back pressures (that awkward backlash that occurs…

Works very well for body repair tools

I bought this because my black tank doesn't drain well, partly because I find the slide valve not closing properly. Blame Heartland and Camping World. I've tried a few other sticks like this one but they didn't work. Mainly because the full length was not flexible. One item I tried was Camco 40074 Flexible Swivel Stik with Check Valve, the flexible hose wasn't long enough for my setup. It has a rotating end that Valterra A01-0187V does not have. I didn't try running it from the bathroom faucet,

Pros
  • Lots of positive vibes
Cons
  • No power
