Perfect solution

Just the part I needed to connect my Camco 39764 RhinoFLEX drain hose to my 1998 Airstream Excella. I thought all RV drain hoses were the same size. I was disappointed to find that my new RhinoFlex sewer hose was too small to connect to my 1998 Airstream. This part of the adapter was the perfect solution.

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Long delivery time

Attention missing seal!

My new waste water hose set needed this adapter and it seemed to work fine until the rubber seal came loose and I didn't know until I connected everything and pulled the black tank lever. Oh. My. My goodness. This rubber seal is critical for proper operation! Nothing to repeat and a terrible discovery after just a few uses. It looks like the gasket was held in place with just a small dab of glue.

Pros
  • Sleek design
Cons
  • Some trouble

Plastic breaks on repair kits

2 handles. Plastic handles/ears can last me a year or so, then the handles break. I keep spares in stock because handles break. You should have 4 handles. This will hopefully leave enough adapter to work and seal if the handle breaks. I keep buying them even though they don't last long. I'm a regular tourist and spend most of my time on the coast. They are used frequently. I'm sitting in one place for a month or more, which means these adapters will stand up to inclement weather.

Pros
  • Always popular
Cons
  • Reliability
