If you just want to print and don't care too much about high quality, this is for you; and it's cheaper than the manufacturer, so that helps. I received a defective color cartridge so I contacted Revain. They immediately sent a replacement kit and sent back the defective kit. The second package works great. Half the price of genuine HP remanufactured cartridges. I love that this company includes a postage paid package to send empty cartridges back to them.
