confused and frustrated customer (updated)->

This worked for a few weeks. My printer is telling my computer that my ink levels need to be replaced. My printer tells me that I have full levels. Nothing can be printed. I took out each cartridge, shook it and cleaned the outside of the ink. Still nothing has changed. UPDATE: I received a replacement cartridge. So far I have printed 2-3 times with color. So far, so good! Excellent customer service and quick response from seller.

DO NOT BUY! Cartridges are worse than printing, I haven't seen that before.

Given the current work from home situation I needed a black trolley for the home so I bought the color and black at the same time as I needed the black immediately so a replacement color made sense . WORST PURCHASE I'VE EVER MADE, and that's saying something. If I could give it negative stars I would give it a negative 10 out of a negative 5 as it is so bad. It measures black levels, but the print quality is worse than I've seen. I've seen better printing when I had a dot matrix printer 25…

I was very hesitant to order non-OEM cartridges as I've heard and seen so many horror stories about problems with them. I worked for an imaging products distributor for many years and we sell remanufactured cartridges. I have seen leaks of returns and also heard many complaints about the machines they were installed on not accepting them. Color ink broke after 1 week but they sent replacement

Worked great for the first week. The color cartridge broke after a week and started leaking. Luckily there wasn't much left in my old cartridge to finish printing. The black ink is still strong even after many prints 2 months later. If I hadn't been so lazy I would have called about the colored ink.
