Good antenna for Netgear LB1120

Outskirts. It provided good gain, I used to have 1-2 lanes on the modem and very low speeds, and with this antenna I'm now almost always on 4 lanes (sometimes 3 for some reason) and the speed is therefore good. Very happy with it, made my internet solution much more convenient as I can't get DSL or cable from the store.

Pros
  • Low profile ~3" with 3-5 dBi gain - omnidirectional
Cons
  • Very expensive

Good performance, reasonable price

We used our race car's antenna to stream video. Reliable connectivity all weekend long with our NetGear NightHawk with ATT LTE. Ability to transmit 5 Mbit/s upstream all weekend. Good enough for a fairly consistent 720P30. The antenna is relatively harmless, the cable is a decent length, the cable is of good quality, and the connectors also appear to be of high quality. The mounting hardware is decent, the hole required is smaller than other antenna mounts we've used. Works best with a metal…

Pros
  • Compatible with all 2G, 3G, 4G and LTE networks in North America and worldwide, such as B. AT&T, Sprint, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, Bell Canada, Rogers, Telus, Digicel, Moviestar, Telcel, and more
Cons
  • Expensive

After using this antenna for a while I wondered why its performance was not so good. I opened it up to find a simple circuit board. This beautiful antenna is nothing more than a weatherproof circuit board. I was expecting a better antenna than this. I'll replace it with something else.

Pros
  • Compatible with 3G/4G/LTE modems and routers from Airlink, CalAmp, Cisco, Cradlepoint, Digi, Multi-Tech, Netcomm, Novatel, Pepwave, Proxicast, Sierra Wireless, Sixnet / Red Lion and others
Cons
  • Not everything fits

All in all a great antenna that holds up well.

is used with an SMS gateway where previously I only served one lane with smaller antennas that bolted directly on. This antenna was fantastic in terms of signal reception. Now I get about 3 service bars. I also bought this antenna to mount outdoors and it holds up great even in bad weather. The only downside is that the antenna cable is shorter than I expected or would like. Otherwise an excellent product.

Pros
  • For Industrial, Commercial and Internet of Things (IOT) applications such as: Access Points, Kiosks, Vending Machines, Point of Sale (POS), Machine to Machine (M2M), Video Surveillance (Cameras, DVRs, NVRs), Vehicles. SCADA, Telemetry, PLC, RTU, Digital Signage
Cons
  • Exchange Availability

Good Antenna for Netgear LB1120

I installed this antenna on my Netgear LB1120 LTE modem to try to boost the signal at a suburban aircraft maintenance shop.
