This stabilizer is a game-changer. It's lightweight, easy to use, and truly stabilizes your videos. Through trial and error, I found that it works best with a phone, but it's still versatile enough to be used with a small camera. The pros are undeniable - smooth, cinematic footage without any wobbles or shakes. The only con is that the price might be a little high for some, but in my opinion, it's worth the investment for the quality of footage you'll get.

I was looking for a stabilizer until I started buying and was shocked by the stickers. I took Smoovie on a trip abroad to shoot short video clips with my iPhone. It takes some training and some trying to balance the device, but I was amazed at the difference in stability when shooting with walk/pan! I still get some lateral sway on uneven surfaces (most of the footage was shot in the woods), but much better than shooting handheld. For the price of a seated meal, it was worth trying!

After reading other reviews I know that many buyers of this product have difficulty using it. To past and potential buyers, I say this: just play with it. Try placing the phone in different positions, place weights of different lengths, I even tried using a magnet at the base of the weight to attach more weights.
