No Connectivity, No Use

When I tried this product, it failed to connect to any of my devices, making it completely useless. The design is also bulky and takes up more space than necessary on a desk.

Download and install the latest drivers from the DisplayLink website to save yourself some headaches. Network and USB connections work as expected. The HDMI output is a little buggy, tried connecting it to a couple of different full resolution 1080p displays but had some sync issues, connected to a lower resolution and then upped the resolution to 1080p after connecting to make it work…

Great little dock for home use at half the price of a full dock.

FINALLY, an affordable mini dock with the features you need. A USB to HDMI video extender and an additional USB 3.0 port. I have an Asus T100-TA Transformer Book which I like but I think its micro HDMI port is bad so I couldn't expand my desktop. I have a more expensive Kensington Dock at work that easily expands to dual monitors, so I was looking for a cheaper version for the home and this fit the bill. My Asus only has a USB 3.0 port, so after connecting this dock I needed an extra USB port…
