I bought these vegetable brushes because they look like vegetable brushes used to be. Double package for me, one for my sister. We both love this brush. Vegetables clean right. The bristles are excellent.

Black mold appeared on the item after repeated use. Washing with soap didn't help. As it was 2 packs we tried the second brush thinking the first one might just be a fluke we were even sure it would stay dry but it had the same problem. I won't buy anymore.

I bought this brush because it was a good choice as an alternative to a brush with plastic which I try to avoid as much as possible. So disappointed in him. The bristles are so soft I feel like they can't clean very well. The wood cracked and splintered, and I'm sure it will splinter soon. I never leave it in the water and put it in a bowl with the bristles, but the wood never dries out completely. Sorry I went ahead and bought two thinking I was saving money.

I left the bristle brush on the sink to dry properly as I have other bamboo items in the kitchen and I know not to put them in the dishwasher and let them dry. I informed the company about the black bamboo (which later split) and they offered to replace it, but that was over 3 months ago. I can't leave a brush lying around to use on food that's blackened and cracked. Don't buy…
