Works as advertised - heavy duty potato peeler, sharp enough and easy to clean. It's not flimsy at all - the plastic handle is actually better than I expected. It has survived several rinses and got a thumbs up from me.

For the price I thought it was crap but I needed color so I went for it. It's actually the complete opposite. It cleans potatoes and everything you need very well and very quickly. I'm very impressed with how well this works for the price!

Why spend a lot of money cleaning knives that dull or break when I can buy this? This one is easy to use and sharp. Although the handle could be thicker, I know from experience with many other knives that it will eventually break and I'll have to buy a new one. So you better start buying cheaper! and it's pink!

This type of knife was recommended to me by a colleague for its ease of use and performance. I used to be happy with a cheaper utility model until one of my bosses convinced me to buy one. Of course this peeler has helped with the presentation of some vegetables and as I have been using this particular model lately my production speed will improve.

One of the eye removers broke off and was in the package when opened. I don't use this part of the peeler often and I needed it ASAP so I washed and used the knife. The angle of the blade is not correct and is not conducive to this type of peeling. The blade feels sharp, but whatever you clean gets stuck in the blade. Worst scrub I've ever used. By: Retired Chef.
