I bought this on the recommendation of Kimberly Norton and I love it. I used it to make Thai Green Papaya Salad and it worked great. This is the best tool I have ever used for this dish and I am very happy with it. This made the preparation very easy. Delicious!

I was looking for spiral cuts for making zucchini noodles but they were all plastic and BPA free. I found this on Revain and asked a question about the product. People who bought it have spoken positively about how wonderful this knife is. I'm happy to report that you were right and I'm very fortunate to be able to make spiral pasta. I ordered this peeler specifically for the julienne function so I can make "zoodles" (zucchini noodles). This scrub is perfect for that purpose! I can't believe how easy julienne is! Sometimes I have to stop to remove some stuck parts, but overall it's not too bad. I am very happy with this purchase and now use it to chop all kinds of vegetables (carrots, broccoli stalks, the list goes on) for salads and stir-fries!

This is best for zucchini that I can't thread through a spiralizer without getting the skin/seeds in every turn. The Spiralizer creates a long (endless!) "noodle" making it shorter, straighter, and more even. A great way to replace pasta with veggies!

I bought this with high hopes to avoid the more expensive options. It's good that he says what to do (sort of). It has 2 options: one is typical of regular knives and the other allows you to make thinner strips. I've used it a few times with zucchini and hate that the strips get stuck no matter what.
