No more pain in the ass!

Likes: Very comfortable after a 10 mile ride. Excellent padding. No more buttock pain. A useful wide channel that extends to the tip is important. Dislikes: - The material of the saddle can snag on a short bike. - The same ODM materials are available. for a lower price - on downhill turns, the seat can be wide enough to impede butt maneuvering (moving the seat forward a bit during installation may help)

Pros
  • Decent performance
Cons
  • Quality

Great value women's saddle to replace your item

You can't beat this saddle for the price. My wife is happy with this saddle which I bought to replace the old non anatomic saddle that was on her old bike. The center gap is quite wide, so I wouldn't recommend it for men or people with narrow sit bones. I've been riding a trainer bike for a while and the seat worked well. There's quite a bit of padding so you don't feel like it's sitting hard like I'm used to from bike saddles. If your saddle is from the 80's and your crotch hurts when you ride

Pros
  • Heavy duty construction
Cons
  • Available in black only

Try before you buy!

I don't find typical bicycle seats very uncomfortable, but they could certainly be better, so I decided to try this highly acclaimed seat. boy it was a mistake It manages to take pressure off my perineum, but unfortunately it takes pressure off my testicles (so why am I even giving it 2 stars?!? see below). Also, it's so wide that it rubs against the inside of my thighs. Overall, this is hands down the least comfortable bike seat I've ever used. Having said that I don't think this seat is…

The best place I've ever posted!

Love this bike seat! The first one I bought was about 10 years ago and it still works. I just bought another one for another bike and it's exactly the same. I use this on a hybrid bike with a suspension seatpost. I'm 5ft 9 inches tall and have been using this since going from 175lbs to 230lbs and going back down. I never had any problems with numbness as the canal is nice and wide. The seat is definitely wider than a road bike seat and much narrower than a cruiser seat. It's right in the…

Pros
  • Easy to read control panel
Cons
  • Not as thick as the others

Works as advertised.

I've been a keen cyclist for over 5 years. I recently bought an old 90's road bike that I used to ride with a rigid frame and a slightly longer top tube. On bumpy country roads, my rear end took the brunt of the road. In order to avoid numbness or hemorrhoids from a hard saddle, I decided not to use my road bike for the time being. That's when I came across this saddle at Revain. I've already ridden a few rides without padded cycling shorts. The saddle soaks up all the bumps in the road and my…

Everything is OK. Not fully sold yet.

I love this bike seat. But after only using it a few times, I'm not sure how much I like it? It helps me with tailbone pain. But the material it's made of actually seems to pack my shorts, but when do I get on my bike? I have been mountain biking for 4 years and has this ever happened to other bike seats? The seat is relatively waterproof (as some people have said no, it isn't). I recently had my bike on a car rack and got caught in a heavy thunderstorm with heavy rain while riding and was…

Actually has a useful WIDE channel

I was misled by many bike saddle reviews until I came here. Many saddle reviews are written by people in padded shorts who swear the thinner and lighter the saddle, the better. I'm a pretty serious driver, but I wear jeans, cargo shorts, or basketball shorts when I drive. Those skinny "racing saddles" just don't work. at any great distance. (30+ miles) I just don't have enough spacers between these saddles and the "torso". There are many saddles that have a "groove" or "channel" down the middle

Pros
  • High marks for support and durability from testers
Cons
  • Crumpled

Wow what a difference! I love it!

I have been toying with the idea of getting an anatomically correct seat since I discovered them a few months ago. I don't know why I waited so long. I guess deep down I didn't think it would make much of a difference. Boy was I wrong. I decided to attach my chair last night after receiving it in the mail the same day. I decided to ride my bike to go back to the cinema and test my new seat. It's really awesome. My tailbone is the only part of my body that comes into contact with the seat. I…

Great little seat on seats and saddles

If I had to put one seat on all my mountain bikes and road bikes for the rest of my life this would definitely be it. While I understand that everyone's butt is different and seating position comes down to personal preference, this is a very, VERY good place to start for riders in the "I'm a little fat but I'm not that fat" category. (That is, between 180 and 220 pounds.) It has a nice channel down the middle that doesn't really do anything for airflow, it just gives your crotch a little room…
