Bad Buckle on Strap - Crossbody Bags

I purchased this bag direct from Vera Bradley. I like the design. When I contacted them about the faulty strap they said I should either return the entire bag for credit as they no longer make it or buy a new strap from their outlet or Amazon, eBay etc. I was very disappointed in your customer. service about it.
