VeriAS Review

I love how easy it is to use and customize. It's very intuitive, and has an excellent support team. Sometimes there are minor glitches, but they always respond quickly to any issues. I wish we could export our reports in a more user-friendly format (Excel, PDF) than just a basic CSV file. I would highly recommend this product for any size organization. I like how easy it is to use, I can do most of my work in excel or google sheets without having to go into the system itself. It's not very intuitive, so it can be hard for someone who isn't familiar with using this type of software to figure things out. The best thing about this product is that it allows you to create multiple different lists with many different variables. It also has a robust feature set for creating and maintaining those lists. Nothing really, but I think they could add more features such as being able to customize fields for each list. They are working on that now. Also, I don't like how the UI looks at all.
