I am 6ft 3in tall, 180lbs. I bought it for my standing desk and was immediately very disappointed with its height. I wasn't expecting a stool or anything, but even at its highest setting of around 20 inches, it still barely reaches the lowest setting on my desk. This is normal, and yet I get up most of the time. Excellent chair. Supports my weight very well and I weigh almost 300 pounds. I've had it for a few months now and only have two issues with it: 1) The raised sides at the front of the seat cut into my (really very large) hips when I'm sitting with a lumbar pillow attached for more than a few hours huh is pretty important as the purpose of a gaming chair is to keep me comfortable for absurdly long gaming sessions. Relatively easy to solve by removing the lumbar pillow, which I find uncomfortable
