Seems to work - Home Decor Products

For years I have used duct tape to hold my vertical blinds in place. Again and again I tried to fix it this way. Never worked more than a month. They seem to be working and working fine, it's been 3 months and still is. And you get a lot of that for your money.

Pros
  • Price
Cons
  • boring packaging

Don't waste your money

Sounded good, metal repair tabs don't really work that way. The blinds simply slide out as they are opened and closed during normal use. Eventually superglue had to be used to hold the blinds attacked to fix the tab. I wouldn't spend my money on it again.

Pros
  • Durable Test Results
Cons
  • Requires socket

Works as expected in Blinds & Shades

They work very well. You will create a broken lintel in the blinds so it can be attached to the top bar. However, if the plastic in the top bar is broken, this article will not solve your problem. Tip: apply a dab of crazy glue to help it stick to the blinds.

Pros
  • Easy to use
Cons
  • Some bugs

Works perfectly! in horizontal slats

Note that they are slightly curved to match these solid curved slats. Mine are fabric and flat but work well. They were very tight and a bit difficult to put on, probably due to the sheets of fabric - you may need to undo the clip a little to make it easier to put on.

Pros
  • Acceptable
Cons
  • Poorly thought out

Works so far in Home Decor Products

Received it today and attached it to 4 broken blinds. They hung slightly when I realized they needed to be firmly attached to the curtain. If not, they remain tied and the blind falls. It took a few tries to turn the blinds in the right direction, I think they are good. At least they'll last until I put the curtains up. Definitely a good buy from what I can tell from the first day of installation.

Pros
  • Impressive
Cons
  • Long wait

Seems to work well but use pliers as well

When I tried this for the first time I was disappointed as the dummy bar just fell off after a little tug. Since they are metal I decided to use pliers to tighten the handle. Seems to be working pretty well. Also make sure you move it so that the hole in the bar snaps, otherwise it may appear like it will hold but eventually fall off. Good idea. A good product. But use pliers to squeeze them together for an extra, better grip. I will say that they look much neater and better compared to duct…

Pros
  • Quality construction
Cons
  • Seniors

Works fine with a little tweak

First I will say that it works. Unfortunately, 4 of 50 pieces were not processed properly and the hole was too big. But the rest was good. I have thinner slats and had to adjust the cleats a bit to snap the bottom of my bent leg. Don't do this, as I've seen other products do, squeeze the entire clip with a pair of pliers after the clip is on the blinds, this will flatten the little dimples that grip the rod and it will fall off, no grip . The credit card trick works well to remove the slats…

Pros
  • This is great
Cons
  • Exchange availability
