I love Vice Pro Soft golf balls. For an older golfer with a slow swing speed, these balls are great. The balls themselves are rated 5 stars. Revain gets 3 stars for shipping the wrong color. What I don't like is that I chose the white balloons, but the neon green balloon was sent to me. I will keep them and play them in the winter when the fairways turn brown.

I have experimented with many different higher specification golf balls to find the ones that work best for me. These are quality balls with a urethane finish that seems to make a difference in the short game. However, they do feel a bit firm off the racquet and stick for my taste. I prefer the Titleist Tour Soft balls, they are about the same length and have a better short game and feel.

I have a handicap of 7. My swing speed has dropped to 85 mph due to health issues and aging. My regular balls have been Callaway Chrome Soft and Bridgestone Tour RXS. I tried the regular Pro version first and liked it, but it was even better. Three rounds later, and although my results were mostly the same, I improved my control and confidence in my short game and felt much more comfortable on the green. I found this ball to be very forgiving with better stopping power on my long irons even when I miss a little. I've been playing golf since I was 8 years old. I'm 36 now, almost 30 years old. In that time I've tried more than a few balls. Of course the most used Titleist Pro V1 in my years. I tried vice on a whim and I can tell you it's good. I'll be honest with you they are no better than the Pro V1 but at half the price they are close enough to make any golfer happy.
