As previously reported, the product is in short supply. After resending copies of smears on copies, a replacement was requested. It was over a week ago. There was no answer. Bought this item expecting a replacement. I should not have done this as the return period offered by Revain expired before the unit had to be installed. I had to buy the device elsewhere to get acceptable copies.

Digital Characters; either it works or it doesn't! It worked exactly as it should and was the perfect replacement for my Xerox.

We use our phaser in the office. We use up toner and other consumables pretty quickly. Decided to try a cheaper option, works great. They cannot be distinguished from the actual brand name.
