It will probably fail at some point (especially the player). Don't buy unless you're also buying the 4-year plan. This is a cheap hit-or-miss product in terms of quality. Don't let the quirky looks fool you. By the way, 5 stars for the guarantee, I sent it back (after realizing it would always malfunction) and they refunded me all the money. Got the basic Audio Technica, not as stylish but component quality day and night.

I liked this product, it arrived on time as promised. I wish I had kept all my old tapes but I'm sure I can find them somewhere. There were two versions, one with a recording function and the other without. I chose the recording version and I'm glad I did. Whatever medium I'm listening to, I can hit the record button and transfer it to a USB flash drive (which came with the purchase!). It's so easy to pick up old vinyl records and take them to the car. Money well spent!

It was a bit expensive, but I think it was worth it! I have just received this fantastic machine and so far it is working exactly how I wanted it to. I couldn't add a phonograph video that stops automatically at the end of the recording, but it does. He just doesn't take his hand away. I bought this for my wife because she has a lot of baby records and she was dying to play them for our 1 year old. The device has the advantage of being able to play CDs, cassettes and Bluetooth for MP3 players or other Bluetooth devices. It can also burn recordings to CDs. For the first six months I loved this player. Then, after playing nothing but 33 1/3 records for the first 6 months, I played a couple of 45 RPM records. After playing them, I switched back to 33 1/3 - the albums wouldn't play . I went back to the 45s, but they didn't play either (ie the turntable didn't spin). Revised review: I think it's just a poorly made product (maybe the company itself, that remains to be seen). Less than 6 months after buying this damn thing when the turntable stopped spinning. Do not contact Revain - they will not help you in this matter. Apparently they only have a 30 day warranty.
