Great experience up until now: ViewpointMobile

The ability to use an app for all our business needs, it is very easy to navigate through using either my phone or computer. There are many features that I have not used yet but can see how useful they will be in day to day operations of running a small construction firm. It would help if there was more training available from their office staff as well as online tutorials so we could learn at our own pace without having someone else tell us what steps need to be taken next. A must have application especially if used regularly

The best part is, its easy to use for even non technical people in their own way by creating short videos with your phone camera or just simple photos! It's great because you can do it all from one place - no need of multiple apps anymore!! Nothing really bad about this app so far but I wish there was an option where we could share our stories directly through Facebook/Twitter instead than having them posted as comments under each other (which might get lost later). But everything else seems ok

  • Can add up many participants if required.
  • Fast connectivity during calls compared others available here,
  • Syncronize well across devices(phone + tablet)
  • No signup fees unlike some free service applications out.just install then start calling !!!! : )

  • Only limited number user support staff present when needed due lack resources

Solved many problems related my staffing agency

The ease of use, flexibility to customize for our needs, ability to integrate with other systems (SAP, Salesforce), robustness in terms of reliability, availability, scalability, etc. It's not perfect but it does its job very well!   • Functionality everything is there
  • Flexibility from an IT perspective when building custom solutions.
  • High performance / quality services provided by your team..and their follow up communications after completion; )
Cons
  • Less robust than I would like sometimes lagging behind features available elsewhere such Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Some components require advanced configuration beyond what may be accessible through UI options alone!
  • Not compatible across platforms if using
