Great Quality at Stable Supplies

I have 5 rabbits so I use about 50 pounds of hay a month. I really like the quality of hay, wish there were more. Small Pet Select sells a 50 pound pad for $80, so I refer back to them often because of the price.

Pros
  • Absolutely Amazing!
Cons
  • Not sure

The stern is full of flies

I opened the package before leaving on the 4th of July weekend. Took a guinea pig and left a box of hay in the laundry. Came back home and saw over a dozen dead flies all over the house. I will not buy from this seller again. I threw away the hay box. So rude.

  • Great design

Sent back to Feed and Drink Supplies

This first cut should have been for guinea pigs too. It's so long I couldn't even fit it in. One piglet found it ok but my smaller piggy didn't like it and got lost in those long pens. I'm disappointed. When I order 1st cut from another brand, stocks are short and too thin. They just fall through the holders. Why is there no successor? I don't know what to try next.

I recommend!: Horses

BEST Hay! I was sad that the second cut timothy hay was out of stock at Revain so I decided to cut it first while waiting for a refill. I have never been disappointed with anything from The Viking Farmer. I bought pellets and 1st and 2nd timothy hay. My 6 month old Holland Lop loves it. I will continue to buy this hay. It's high quality, virtually dust free, and so green!

Best in Class - Viking Farmers Timothy Hay

I love that my rabbit started eating it immediately after being on the Viking Farmers Alfalfa Hay diet for 5 months. It's time to feed him timothy hay, and that's as good as alfalfa. So far so good on the first day! Thank you Viking Farmer for your exceptional quality products. Update: This product was ranked #1 in a tasting test by four brands. My rabbits will eat almost anything and spend next to nothing.

Good first cuts

So glad Viking builder Timothy has hay. We started with Viking Farm Alfalfa which was amazing to her and the rabbit loved it. She is older and needs Timothy. We have found that she likes the longer, crispier first cut hay and have tried all types of hay including garden hay and mixed hay but she does not like soft bird nest hay as much as sticky hay. So found it and it's already in everything. Green and smells great. If this continues like alfalfa, we'll stick with it for you. The price is also

Farewell little pet!

FINALLY! Someone who can bet on what they are promoting. WHY is it so hard to find a GOOD Timothy? Well, Viking Farmer is here to help. You get what is described and you get what you pay for. This is the best hay I've ever seen. The absolute only negative I have for this guy, and that may be subjective, but as wonderful as the hay looks, I'm a bit concerned that the hay lacks its fresh "field" smell. In fact, there was literally no smell at all. As you wish. So I'm concerned that Vikimg Farmer…
