Great belt I think.

I recommend buying a size larger than you would like. I'm 34 years old and I ordered M first. It's good but not great. It was without the cog on the belt. You must take this into account. Only the letter L fits better.

Much better than the thicker or taller straps and it's very flexible yet strong enough to hold whatever I wear on it and still feel comfortable.
