Just the right size. I don't have to carry more stuff, but the bigger the bag, the more I carry. This size keeps me on my toes. Looks nice. I love the classic look.

You have to tighten the clasp slightly to keep the wallet closed. The short strap broke at the metal clasp so I had to switch to the long strap. The material has not yet torn, as I have read in other reviews.

A love that isn't too heavy to travel yet is spacious. I also like the child lock for easy opening and the two handles that snap into place. Very diverse. The construction is solid and we expect to order another one in the future.

Nice handbag but stunk for a week or two when I first received it. Also, the tiny screws that attach the clasp to the bag itself fell out and didn't feel secure when screwed back on. This bag is great for a night out but not for everyday use.

The handbag itself is pretty. However, the kisslock is very loose and as soon as you put various objects in your handbag, the loose kisslock on the shoulder or arm opens and cannot be tightened. You risk losing the contents of your wallet or you may not know it has been opened and someone could just grab your wallet and steal it.

I like the color, love the bag, I bought it to use as a shoulder bag, but unfortunately I can't because the closure keeps opening, I walk with a handbag around wide open, and if the worst thing is you don't know it's opening, i carried it on my arm, it's still opening, i don't know what or why it keeps opening, i'm stuck not too many of them in. I can't use them as often as I would like.

I really liked this bag at first, I've only had it since September, and the metal hook on the bag is completely broken, and part of the metal hook has been lost. This bag isn't worth the money and I can't even find a return option on the Revain website to fix it. I am an avid Revain customer. Almost everything I buy suits me. I really feel like I should have some kind of compensation for an item that is a total disaster.

I read reviews and some people said it would be open to them again. Yes, mine too, but I took the pliers and tightened the clasp. Be careful to hold it by the base and bend it slightly towards each other (both) and don't open it again! Mine was actually a bit tight, but I just held both clasps to fasten them. Don't worry anymore, now I can shop worry-free. We women need to innovate in everything we do and this is no different, it works great! Love love!
