Vintage Leather Band Review

I ended up choosing this watch band from Carterjett because it looked different and very original in appearance than the other products on Best Buy. When I received it, I surprised at how nice it was. Some watch bands photograph well, but when received are very cheap looking - NOT this watch band! I bought the band because it was the look I wanted. It was comfortable, and still is, but after a couple weeks I put it on and somehow bent the leather pushing it through the metal rings. The side then immediately tore apart and it has been peeling ever since. I haven't cut it or put any unnecessary strain on it. I just wore it at an office job. Figured something like this would happen, but tried it anyway.

The coloring of the vintage brown band is way darker than the image depicted. The interface to the watch also seems to be space grey, when I ordered a silver.Edit: A replacement band was sent, see second picture. This band is a little lighter, but sill dark compared to the display image. The connection point to the watch is still a space gray color similar to the loops seen in the image. Initial impressions are that the leather is good quality, and I look forward to breaking it in. Would recommend for someone that is looking for good quality at an affordable cost.

Beautiful looking but it just didn’t hold up very well. I got less than six months of use out of it. Maybe our humid summer weather was just too much for the band to handle.

Authentic leather, very easy to install, looks really great.For sure it's not as comfortable as Apple Watch's original rubber band, but it still feels good and gives it more of a stylish look.

Really nice look and feel, gets a more worn look as you break it in. Size fits the 44mm face really well. The vintage leather smell may be too strong for some people.

The band looks fantastic for the price point. However the second loop that is not covered by leather and moves freely was slightly offset. The entire time I wore it, the metal dug into my wrist and was very uncomfortable. Just poor design. The nato style bands I have had have both loops coverd to ensure comfort.

Good quality product. The color is a bit darker than shown in the picture but I ca live with that. Seller was great at reaching out and giving me the exchange option but opted to keep it. Nice looking band.

Received this band about 10 days ago and the leather is already falling apart. I'm not satisfied and definitely won't be ordering again. Terrible quality, the metal rings slide up and down the band and don't stay in place to help out like they're supposed to. Buyer beware!

I looked at several bands before buying, wasn’t really sure about brown leather on my black 44mm Apple Watch. It was a home run! Looks good, did not have to wear it long for it to become my favorite band. The quality seems to be great and it is by far my most comfortable band.

I honestly love this watch band. Nice raw leather feel. It seems really durable (I've only had it for a few days). Its comfortable and I don't sweat while wearing it - unlike a previous leather watch band I had.I would highly recommend this watch band (from a male prospective).

Very good looking band. It worked well for about 4 uses then leather started to split (photo). I was upset because i really liked the look of this band. Doo yourself a favor and buy a Apple band, totally worth the extra dollar because the quality is superior, been using one for a year now and not one problem.

I received the Vintage Brown strap for Christmas this year and am extremely satisfied with the band. The quality is very high-end compared to many of the other leather straps I've purchased on Best Buy previously, and the band feels like something I would have purchased (at a premium) at the Apple store. Great band for the money. Not as long as the other NATO (nylon) bands I’ve had so I’m not looping it the way I normally would - but that’s fine. The leather is thick and I don’t think it would be comfortable or as good looking looped.

I bought three different bands from three different suppliers and must say this one has been my favorite by far. Aesthetically pleasing, comfortable and durable.

This band seems to be a single piece of leather that has been looped around the watch connector and glued together ( it is stitched at the watch end). it's comfortable and thin. i don't know how long it will last but as of right now, it's pretty good.I did have a little issue with the edging of the band peeling off, but customer service sent me a new one.

The coloring with 1 of the 2 pieces of the band is shades darker than the other. It seems like it is probably a very durable band though.
