It was also just a piece cut off and not wrapped at all which is ok but for the price I'm pretty sure it's a whole roll of duct tape is . I also thought there was velvet on both sides of the band but it's not. It's not worth the hassle of sending it back, but it's definitely not one of my favorite purchases. If I could do it again I wouldn't buy it. Damn.
