For some reason Vinturi discontinued these but this company seems to have stock. Reasonable price and OEM product. Ideal for removing the typical sand/cork from the bottom of the bottle.

We lost the original in the garbage chute. It's nice to be able to buy replacement filters instead of a brand new aerator! They fit perfectly, ventilate well and catch loose bits of cork!

I, like many other people, have thrown more than one of them down the garbage chute. Before cleaning the aerator, make sure to take it out and wash it separately. It makes an awful sound when you grind them up in the chute. Then again, being able to order five of these at once was healthy and they work great.

Sometimes we get red wine with deposits at the bottom of the bottle. It is usually served with the last glass. A few more times, which I want to mention, my husband poured the sediment into my glass, without understanding what was below, disgusting. Not anymore, we got rid of the sediment!
