I bought 10 of these. They don't have rubber tips like in the photo, so the sharp ends are exposed. In addition, the vinyl coating tears along the twisted part. I've personally purchased these types of hangers from the store before and this time instead of trusting Revain's deceptive image I had to do the same.

Good quality coated wire coat hanger. They have a small cap at the top of the hook, which is nice, but they're shorter than most dry-cleaner's shirt hangers, so polo shirts, lightweight sweaters, and jerseys tend to have "wings" printed on the shoulders. They are more suitable for small women's clothing.

I have purchased over a hundred of these hangers over the past year and a half and am very happy with them. However, I am SHOCKED with an order that just came in (supplied by a store called NAMPA. (Others from UM2Y and BUY BOXER were good.) The vinyl sleeve had visibly cracked in many places on all ten. How did these pass inspection before the shipping?

Why did they lower the price? I'm one of those OCD people who have everything organized in their closet. So, all my hangers are the same - white vinyl covered with white foam rubber. I have bought hundreds of these and am very satisfied. Not with the last batch. Opened and found: * They no longer have spikes on the ends. * Plastic goes beyond steel. * Plastic cracks in the curl area. Save a dime - lose a customer.

Why do I like steel hangers? Because they are strong and thin. Fill your closet with more clothes in less space. I threw away some plastic and wooden hangers and left the wire hangers. Now I have more space. There's nothing worse than a mess. And you will feel better. You will not regret having made the right decision. If you haven't worn something for 6 months, it's a good idea to get rid of it. Don't be greedy. Feel happy with a sigh of relief☺️

I bought these extra hangers for travel they don't take up much space in my suitcase but they are really more durable than those white dry cleaner hangers. When I saw how slim they were I knew I should use them more at home. It's amazing how much space the thick plastic brackets take up. Unfortunately, this narrow temple does not help prevent shoulder bulge, which is minimized by a wider temple. I guess we can't have everything? These are almost identical to some of the hangers I bought at my local supermarket. I was very happy with it, but then the store was gutted and overhauled. When they reopened they took away a lot of the stuff they sold and this item was one of them. I have purchased at least 4 packs of these and am happy to report that these Merrick hangers look exactly the same. Just a hint.
