Didn't have time to use, read the product description carefully.

Never used product. So I can't tell if they flow or how bright they are. Although I can tell the first impression. They have crystal clear lenses, the bulbs are white, not smoky like the photo in the description, very clear across the bulbs, with a black stripe between the bulbs. There is no black at all on the lens. The black case in the description misled me a bit.
