Based on my experience i wouldn`t recommend this product for home and kitchen cleaning. Although it claims to be a multi-purpose cleaner, it didn't work for me .The only pro is that it has a pleasant scent, but that's not enough to justify the cost. The cons are that it didn't clean as well as other cleaners I've used, and it left streaks on surfaces. Save your money and try a different product..

I see a difference in training in that it helps with endurance, I also notice it with libido. This difference was felt after a week of use. But after all, all people are different, sooner or later changes can happen to someone.
