As others have said the welds are leaking. I assembled mine and did a leak test. I heard a leak and the soapy solution came out. A HUGE blister on a hole in a weld. To return. I will try again. I will add a review, the next one is good. Good set for everything. Other welds were fine.

I couldn't find anything wrong with this Chinese tank. I cleaned up the threads a bit like I do with any compressed air tool. It is not possible to insert a 1/4 NPT thread into the hole under the mounting bracket. I used a 1/4 STEEL fitting similar to a faucet.
