EXCELLENT. Get the wide viewing area this one has. It also comes with a socket adapter and pouch. VERY happy with what I got as the viewing area is larger than most offerings and gets very bright. Don't spend less and get a smaller size and one without a wall adapter.

No instruction manual was included and when I tried to call a call came in from overseas and I couldn't get through to ask them to send it to me. It's a dimmable backlight and I can't figure it out. It takes forever to warm up, adjust the lights. Not at all satisfied with the product. Can you help me with this problem?

This light box is perfect for my needs. Sometimes I need to transfer an image from my sketchbook or my photos directly onto watercolor paper. With this product I can easily transfer a photographic print or sketch copy by tracing directly onto 140lb paper, placing the watercolor paper over the scene to be traced and placing both on the light box. I have put it in its case and the original box it came in, it has been stored flat in a dry safe place! I used it this morning and it won't do anything but blink. Lightbox cannot be switched on! I have a smaller lightbox that has been very reliable to me for a while so I returned to this seller when my son requested a much larger version. This works and looks exactly as advertised and on lighter settings it can get through very heavy paper and still give enough light to trace. He is very satisfied and likes how well he works.
