Works perfectly. I used this to replace a stock part on my 02 Polaris Magnum 4 wheeler. I've been using it for a few months now and no problems.

I bought two of these for two Polaris Sportsman ATVs. Both stands were thoroughly tested, installed and both worked for a week before failing catastrophically.

Fits well but the ends that were on didn't fit the factory strap well so I had to fit new ones. Worked initially but stopped loading again after about 30 minutes. I took it out and held it with difficulty because it was very hot.

Well this solved my charging problem but it is charging over 15V and turned off all my LED headlights. It also makes my radiator fan sound like it's blowing really hard when it turns on. When you step on the gas, the fan spins even faster. The battery now remains charged.

Only one star because I can't give negative stars. After I installed this part, my girlfriend took out the trash (10 minute round trip), came back and said something smelled wrong. Looking around, I saw smoke coming from under the front. The grill felt hot on one side and not on the other. I also noticed a red glow where the new part was installed. After disassembling the front, I found that the new part was swollen and burned. The headlight cables also melted and the plastic on the front…

Built-in voltage regulator, everything is fine, only the plugs are smaller than the original. I had to cut the connectors off the old regulator and solder and shrink on the new block. However, this solved the overvoltage problem I was having. Update: It originally gave 3 stars because of the connections, but after running the Sportsman for about 20 minutes the regulator broke! I requested a refund and purchased a HoCean Max controller. (Part number: ‎LRR-Polaris 4060173). I have to see if I can
