I have had these excellent Genuine Volvo Chrome License Plate Frames for at least a year, they are genuine I think OEM. My Volvo has a little more class with these new number plates. The best I've ever found, no plastic, fake or junk. Nice choice!

This license plate holder is fine, but not the one in the photo. The picture shows a holder that is very narrow on all 4 sides. I actually have this item on the back of my S90.
