The micro screen on this filter makes it virtually useless. Once the screen is pulled out (neatly and with a very sharp knife) everything is fine. I usually shake off the trash, rinse it, and throw it in the dishwasher, and in a year I've only gone through four of those filters.

Do not buy these for the Roomba 800 or 900 series. I bought a pack of 12 and the filter flap will not close all the way. They are slightly thicker, although not visible to the naked eye. When I used the filter, I kept getting an error message for the recycle bin. I bought the ones from Rhoomba and no problem.
