best headset I have ever used

My colleague gave me these headphones to test and they are fantastic. So good that I immediately ordered a pair. They are comfortable and reliable and offer excellent sound quality. The active noise cancellation is as good as anything I've experienced.

Terrible for a headset

I've been using this headset for a year as my primary work headset and wow hot shit is the only way to describe it. Connect to a device within range via BT. It picks up every little background noise. I usually have trouble when I press the mute button to toggle mute status and it toggles back. I ended up having the best experience with Jabra branded headsets at half the price. . Don't buy this thing Plantronics is clearly not taking advantage of its partnership with Polycom. The only saving…
