These containers work as advertised. They keep my cereal fresher than leaving it in a cereal box. The only slight downside is that the tops expand more than the base, so they take up more shelf space than they should. You can't store them touching each other -- there should be about an inch or so between them. When trying to organize, it's a waste of space. (Said again, I said it's a minor mistake. I'll live with it.)

Ideal for cereal. They are really hard to close the first time to crush those seals. But they are definitely sealed. I put brand new cereal out of the box in a container and didn't eat it for at least a month. I tried this granola today and it was crunchy like new. Depending on the shape and size of the granola you put in the container, it may be a bit slow or difficult to roll out. I don't mind.

First of all, these cereal storage boxes hold an entire family size pack of cereal! That alone impressed me. Containers are not large and bulky, so they don't take up much space. They also stack well on top of each other! I also bought two sets of matching food containers (which I also highly recommend). They're easy to clean and the lids close tightly, but are also easy to open when you need to use them. Definitely worth investing in!

Perfect for my cereal storage. It was easy enough for my daughter to open and close it on her own and she was able to hold it with one hand. It may not hold a full box of cereal, but it will hold what's left after two bowls. Big as long as they fit in a whole box my kid can't hold it which means I have to go along with every serving of cereal. I wanted them to be clear plastic to match my entire pantry, but other than that I'm happy.

My problem with these containers is the hole you pour through. It's a circle so it doesn't line up with the rim of the container, resulting in the cereal not pouring out smoothly, and worse, the cereal gets stuck inside the mouth area and is almost impossible to pick out. Received them today after being notified they were supposed to be here yesterday. It was impossible to separate each container when I took them out of the box and I had to let my son keep one while I took them apart. They were in excellent condition.
